You're seemingly supposed to get the Tek Replicator from the supply drops, as there is a crate showing that it contains the Tek replicator engram, but from what I've seen it's bugged and gives you the buggie engram instead. Which is kinda problematic when most of the new things require a Tek replicator to make. #3.
