I was at 1cm dilated 50% effaced at 35 wks and am still that way now.Went into labor and delivery and the contractions were consistent every about 3-5 minutes . They did the cervical check and I was 1cm dilated. They told me it’s totally normal to be up to 2cm in the entire 3rd trimester.
