Apr 7, 2017 · The caroni BSCs seem to be great for pasture/light woody stuff based on owner reviews in the other thread & if the 1900 fsc was easily available, I'd probably already have pulled the trigger, but the BSC with only two rows seems like it might wind up being a bit rough on lawn vs a finish mower.

Nobody in their right mind would give this unit, as it comes from the factory, a positive review. The RCR1860 landpride cutter runs circles around the flail. The TM1900 doesn't cut anywhere near the quality of the RCR1860 -- Including ... The MMM will give you the best cut and allow you the most manueverability in trimming up close but can really be a pain when you want to use the tractor for other applications with the 3 pt. hitch. Then, using a piece of wood, gently pry up the support just enough to easily push the belt between the housing and pulley. (Or you can just remove all 4 bolts.)
