F150 air conditioner not blowing

Easy enough to do other than having to be a complete contortionist to actually reach the part to take out / put in the bolts. 2009 - 2014 Ford F150 - Dash air vents not working - I've an issue with the air vents....the ones set into the dash. None of them are blowing air at all.
