The statutory Crow Tribal Court consists of three judges elected at-large by the Tribal General Council, Chief Judge (who is the head of the Judicial Branch) and two Associate Judges, each of whom serve unlimited 4-year terms. The statutory Crow Tribal Court is authorized to appoint special judges to hear cases.
