Votes. Yes, we're having the same problem. We visited Xcaret (the main park in Cancun) on March 16th 2018 and the code still isn't working (five days later). I tried using the web-based chat tool for customer support, and they referred me to a photo support email address, but no reply so far. Second email, same thing.
